Note-   1. We also provide Times of India for the students of class VI-X. It is Optional and Rs. 450/- will be charged in the Month of May.

2.  For Primary section students are provided with Primary Plus a book meant specially for primary children. We will charge Rs. 290/- in the Month of May which is optional

3. New Admission: The last date to pay the fees for children who have been selected for admission is 5 days after release of the result of admission test.

Note: Fees is being charged as per the UP Fee Regulation Act-2018 this year and in all subsequent years.

1. 1- School fees should be paid before the last date mentioned in the fee chart.

Fine for Late fee will be charged after due date mentioned in the fee chart.

• (A)- A late fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged for all fees paid after due date and Rs. 100/- for every subsequent month if the due date passes and the fee dues are not cleared.
• 2- In case the fees is not paid for three consecutive months or more, continuation in school will be at the discretion of the principal & after paying re- processing charge of Rs. 1000/- plus late fine of Rs. 250/- per month for the number of months delayed.
• 3- Amenity charges and academic fees will be charged for the full session (12 months). Fee will be paid for the complete session. If child takes admission in the first semester i.e. April- September he pays for12 months and the second semester October to March it is only for the next 6 months.
• 4- Even if a child takes admission in the second semester Annual charges, Asset exam, Primary Plus & any other fees to be paid to an outside agency, has to be paid by the school.
• 5- Students will neither be shown their Report Card/Answer sheets nor allowed to sit for any examination until all the dues to the school are cleared.
• 6- To avoid rush and to save time, fees can be paid for 3,6  or 12 months together.
• 7- The fees can also be paid through Demand Draft/ Cheque  in favour of Sunbeam School, Cholapur  by 20th of each month.
• 8- To withdraw from school transport facility the child must give three month’s prior notice or has to pay the full session’s fees.
• 9- If Transport fees is not paid on time it will lead to a fine of Rs. 20/- per month.
• 10- Any person who comes to pay the fees without Entry card or Gate card and is not a valid person to enter the premises will be allowed to pay the fees but will be treated as a visitor and will have to go through all the formalities of a visitor.
